Announcement - Canada Post Web Services Outage

Update:

Canada Post's shutdown of its corporate website, canadapost.ca, web services and mobile app was to end at 7 p.m. Eastern Time today. Unfortunately, they are experiencing a delay and the outage will last longer than expected.

They expect the website and web services to be functioning and available for transactions no later than 11 p.m. Eastern Time.

Dear Customer,

Please be informed that our shipping partner, Canada Post web services will be unavailable from August 21, 9 p.m. Eastern Time to August 23, 7 p.m. while they complete an important upgrade of their IT infrastructure.

During the outage period, no shipping orders can be processed.

We apologise for the inconvenienced.
