Please note that there had been numerous complaints about the delivery service commitments by ICS. The number of delivery days quoted during checkout is purely indicative and NOT their commitment. There had been instances where parcels were delayed.
Please also be aware that ICS will ONLY ship to residential addresses. All other addresses will be returned at your own expense. They will also drop off on your porch without your signature, if they could not get you at the door. Lastly, there is no insurance coverage for ICS for lost or damage parcels.
Please use other courier services, if ICS's delivery standards, terms and conditions are not acceptable to you.
