Please note that there had been numerous complaints about the delivery service commitments by ICS. The number of delivery days quoted during checkout is purely indicative and NOT their commitment. There had been instances where parcels were delayed. Please also be aware that ICS will ONLY ship to residential addresses. All other addresses will be returned at your own expense. We learn something every day. Today, we learned that our new courier, ICS will only deliver to you, if your address is residential and is on Google Map. This is the first time we have such experience. Different customers have different requirements on shipping. Please make sure you fully understand the implication of using ICS. Announcement - We are currently running a pilot test to include ICS Courier as one of the shipping options for all customers. ICS offers very good rates for small parcels that are delivered to residential addresses and includes tracking. However, their service might not be suitable for everyone. First of all, there will be NO insurance coverage for all parcels. Also, they are allowed to do Safe Drop as all parcels are treated as NSR (No Signature Required).
