Usage Level:

• Hair Conditioner: 3% - 8% (high % gives more premium feel)
• Leave-In Conditioner: 1% - 2%

1	Water	88.8%
2	Coconut Oil	3.0%
3	Bio Conditioner	7.0%
4	Optiphen Plus	1.0%
5	Fragrance	0.2%

 

STEPS
Heat water to 70 – 75°C. Once at temperature, add ingredients 2 – 3. Mix until completely melted and uniform. Cool below 50°C, then add ingredients 4 – 5.
