How Does an Airless Pump Bottle Work?

Unlike conventional pump bottles that use a dip tube, this bottle uses an airless piston dispensing system.

As the pump is pressed, the internal piston gradually moves upward, pushing the product toward the dispensing opening. This helps minimize air contact with the remaining contents and allows more of the product to be dispensed.

How to Use: Fill the bottle with a compatible formulation, securely attach the pump and press repeatedly to prime the dispensing mechanism. Once primed, the pump will dispense the product as the internal piston rises.

How to Reuse: Unscrew the pump, empty and thoroughly clean the bottle and its reusable components, and allow them to dry completely before refilling. Ensure the internal piston is returned to its starting position as demonstrated in the videos below.

Important: Airless packaging helps reduce air exposure but does not replace an appropriate preservative system where one is required.
