How Does an Airless Mister Bottle Work?

Unlike conventional spray bottles that draw liquid through a dip tube, this bottle uses an airless piston dispensing system.

As the sprayer is pressed, the internal piston gradually moves upward, pushing the liquid toward the spray mechanism. This helps minimize air contact with the remaining contents while allowing more of the product to be dispensed.

How to Use: Fill the bottle with a compatible, low-viscosity liquid formulation. Securely attach the sprayer and press repeatedly to prime the dispensing mechanism. Once primed, the sprayer will dispense the liquid as the internal piston rises.

How to Reuse: Unscrew the sprayer, empty and thoroughly clean the bottle and reusable components, and allow them to dry completely before refilling. Return the internal piston to its starting position as demonstrated in the videos below.

Important – Formulation Compatibility

This bottle is designed for compatible liquid formulations. Thick liquids, suspended particles, undissolved ingredients and certain ingredient combinations may clog the fine-mist sprayer or affect spray performance.

We strongly recommend testing your finished formulation with the mister before purchasing larger quantities.

Please Note: Airless packaging helps reduce air exposure but does not eliminate the need for an appropriate preservative system where one is required. Product compatibility, dispensing performance and stability should be tested before large-scale production. Clean and dry reusable components thoroughly before refilling.
