Eco-Friendly Push-Up Lip Balm Tube made from paperboard / cardboard material. The bottom disc can be pushed upward to dispense the product.
They are recyclable & biodegradable. The inner tube is lined with oil-barrier paper.
They are perfect for lip balm, solid perfume, deodorant, body butter and other types of solid bar products.

Filling Instruction: Customers are advised to make sure the bottom disc sits flat and tightly on the bottom. Then, pour a splash of the liquid balm, just enough to cover the bottom and make a good seal; wait until it becomes solid, then pour the remaining of the liquid balm to minimize the chance of leaking from the bottom.
Please do not fill the tube all the way to the top, leave a few mm away from the top to prevent overfilling and your product seeping through the outer tube.

Note: Customers are advised to buy small batch of samples to test out on your product as this is made from paperboard and might not fit every product's formulation.

We use these paper tubes to make our natural deodorants, and have used them to completely replace any plastic tubes: an environmentally better choice! They work well and are easy to fill. My only complaint (more of an observation really) is that you need to be careful not to drip or touch anything oily to the outside of the tube: it instantly leaves a mark that can't be wiped away and is very notiecable.
