How Does an Airless Pump Bottle Work?

Unlike traditional pump bottles that draw product through a dip tube, this bottle uses an airless piston dispensing system.

As the pump is pressed, the internal piston gradually moves upward, pushing the product toward the dispensing opening. This helps minimize air contact with the remaining contents while reducing product waste.

How to Use: Fill the bottle with a compatible formulation, securely attach the pump and press repeatedly to prime the dispensing mechanism. Once primed, the pump will dispense the product as the internal piston rises.

How to Reuse: Open the bottle, empty and thoroughly clean the reusable components, and allow them to dry completely before refilling. Reset the internal piston to its starting position according to the bottle's design.

Extremely thick or high-viscosity formulations may not dispense properly through this airless pump.

We recommend purchasing a sample and testing your finished formulation before ordering larger quantities, particularly for thick creams, gels and other high-viscosity products.
