This is ADDITIONAL shipping insurance in the event of loss parcel. This insurance DOES NOT cover breakage or damages to glass and liquid products.
Carrier charges $2.50 per additional CAD 100.00 of insurance coverage.
The basic shipping insurance covers up to maximum of CAD 100.00 PER ORDER (regardless of the number of boxes), in the event of lost parcel. This claim is subjected to confirmation by the carrier after they have concluded their investigation. We will not be able to payout/reimburse or reship before getting the carrier concluded their investigation.
